The City of Elliot Lake is focused on being an age friendly city. Our staff and residents work toward making the community inclusive and accessible to all ages, no matter how young or old. Elliot Lake works to accommodate everyone with different needs and capabilities.
Age Friendly Elliot Lake Action Plan
The City of Elliot Lake is working toward becoming an age friendly city. We received an Age Friendly Community Planning Grant in June 2015. With it, we created the Age Friendly Elliot Lake 5 Year Implementation Action Plan.
Our Age Friendly Elliot Lake Action Plan outlines how we can improve the city's age-friendliness. This benefits people of all ages. It also makes our city more inclusive to people with different needs.
