The City of Elliot Lake's plants department operates and maintains the city's water supply and distribution system, and the sanitary sewer and wastewater collection system.

Pay your water bill

You can pay your water bill by:

• completing the Pre-authorized Water Payment Plan form;
• Online & Telebanking
• At your financial institution
• At City Hall drop box at the front door
• At City Hall front desk Client Services
• Regular mail (please do not mail cash) to:
