St. Joseph's Manor strives to provide a home-like environment for the individuals whose daily care requirements are too extensive to be met in other non-acute care environments. Our programs and initiatives are strategically planned and designed to provide dignity, comfort, compassionate care, and quality of life, as we strive to honour the sacredness of life.

St. Joseph's Manor is an accredited, fully air-conditioned, 64-bed Long-Term Care Facility that opened it's doors in 2002. There are two floors, home to 32 residents each. There are 4 veteran priority beds.

The Oaks Centre is an accredited drug and alcohol treatment centre, operated by St. Joseph's General Hosiptal Elliot Lake. It is comprised of two services: Oaks Withdrawal Management Services and Camillus Centre Residential Treatment Programs. Both the Detox and Camillus receive professional support for the General Practitioner with years of experience.

Oaks Withdrawal Management Services:

• 18 Beds
• Level II Withdrawal Management Service, including 2 funded Mental Health and Justice Safe beds and 1 Homelessness Prevention Program funded bed
• Crisis Withdrawal / Detoxification, Safe-beds, Flex-bed and Stabilization beds Programs
• All Services are accessible 24/7

The Camillus Department:

• 50 bed capacity
• Programs currently offered are the 28-day Chemical Dependency program and Virtual Aftercare services for patients 16 years of age and older
