Mayoral Decisions
The Mayor of the City of Elliot Lake has been granted "Strong Mayor powers" under Ontario Regulation 530/22, Part VI.1 of the Municipal Act, 2001 of the Municipal Act, 2001. These authorities are intended to support provincial priorities and enhance municipal decision-making.
In accordance with these powers, the Mayor has issued the following mayoral decisions.
