Possible Discoloured Water on Spruce Ave, Central Ave, Lakeview Rd and Surrounding Streets due to Water Main Repairs in North Industrial Area

The City of Elliot Lake is conducting a Water Main Flushing due to water main repairs in the North Industrial Area. This flushing may cause discoloured water in the areas of Spruce Ave, Central Ave, Lakeview Rd and the North Industrial Area. Streets surrounding these areas may also be affected.

If you encounter discolouration in your water, please run your cold water until it clears. Do not attempt to use any hot water during the flushing period as damage may be caused to your hot water tank.

If your water remains discoloured for a prolonged period of time please contact Public Works at 705-915-0357.
