Extreme Weather Event Update from City Hall

The City of Elliot Lake thanks our residents and businesses for their cooperation during this extreme weather event. The following is an update as of 5:30 PM on Monday March 16th.

- City Facilities including City Hall, Collins Hall, Landfill, Pool and Library will remain closed to the public on Tuesday March 17th.
- There will be no garbage or recycling collection this week. Service will resume next Tuesday.
- Transit and Handilift will be cancelled on Tuesday.

Due to continued challenging road conditions, residents are asked to avoid driving unless necessary.

Crews continue to work hard on roadway snow removal and residents are reminded not to park on roads as it will impede the plowing process.
