Emergency Water Main Flushing Notice for Milliken Road on Friday May 15, 2026 from 9am - 12pm
The City of Elliot Lake will be conducting an Emergency Water Main Flushing for Milliken Rd this morning from 9am to 12pm.
The maintenance work may result in temporary discolouration of the water, as well as interruptions in service. Other surrounding areas may experience discolouration during this flushing program.
Areas that may be affected are as far as Dieppe and Mississauga. If you or someone you know lives in the affected area please help by spreading this notification.
If you encounter discolouration, simply run the cold water until it clears.
Do not attempt to use any hot water during the flushing period as damage may be caused to your hot water tank.
