City of Elliot Lake sends delegation to ROMA 2026

The Rural Ontario Municipal Association (ROMA) is the rural voice of the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO).

This year, the City sent a delegation to the annual conference comprised of Councilors Bull, Seidel & Flintoff and CAO Mr. deBortoli. They had two delegations, a strategy session with a contacted firm and took in educational sessions specifically targeted to rural municipalities. They also were present for speeches from provincial party leaders including Premier Ford.

It’s events like this that provide valuable current information and education to municipal leaders in order to assist them in providing the best possible outcomes for residents.
