Known as one of the most exciting ATV adventure destinations in Canada, Elliot Lake has one of the largest insured ATV trail networks in Canada. Extending through the unspoiled landscape of northern Ontario, Elliot Lake has over 300 km of trails. ATV tours take you through rivers, escarpments, forests and wild terrain for an unforgettable journey.

Our trails are perfect for all ages and you can ride through:

  • Day trips
  • Overnight stays
  • Three-to-five day trips

Features and Amenities

Our ATV trails are looped and riders are never more than 20 minutes away from services and amenities of the city. You can choose to stay at affordable hotels or lodges and visit many retailers who specialize in ATV equipment and packages.

Those looking to go off-road can enjoy wilderness camping, nature photography, hiking, paddling and fishing both in and around the city. You can also enjoy Elliot Lake's wide, sandy beaches.

Pick up an Elliot Lake visitor pass and map through the Ontario Federation of ATV Clubs (OFATV)

Elliot Lake ATV Club

The Elliot Lake ATV Club is one of Ontario's first-ever organized ATV clubs. Its members build and maintain trails around the city and the surrounding area. Members often plan social events and coordinated rides.

The Elliot Lake ATV Club is now part of OFATV.  You can see their interactive trail map or visit the Federation's website for more information.
