The Elliot Lake Family Health Team is a group of healthcare professionals, including family doctors, nurses, social workers, dietitians and other professionals who work to provide healthcare services for the community.

With many healthcare practitioners working with each other, it decreases the need for emergency room and hospital visits for routine health concerns. The initiative was started by the Government of Ontario.

In Elliot Lake, this team is located under one roof at 31 Nova Scotia Walk. You can also find a pharmacy and a private blood work and analysis lab.
