Emergency Preparedness Week is May 4-10, 2025 and this year's theme is Be Prepared. Know your Risks. We encourage you to understand the risks in your area and learn what actions you can take to protect yourself and your household.
Being prepared helps you and your family know what to do in the event of an emergency. Preparedness is the planning process a family or individual takes to ensure they can survive an emergency. Common sense and preparation is key.
