The City of Elliot Lake, along with The Town of Blind River, the Town of Spanish, the Municipality of Huron Shores and the Township of Sables Spanish Rivers undertook a review of multiple sectors of community operations.  These operations included information technology, By-Law, landfills and building services.  This in depth review allowed the municipalities to find efficiencies in these operations and to also uncover service sharing opportunities in order to save costs.
