10 Minute Survey: Your Views on Transit in Elliot Lake
The City is conducting an online survey about how residents use – or do not use – the City’s Transit services. Your input will help us better understand why people use or do not use the Transit service and identify opportunities for its improvement.
Elliot Lake Transit System Review
The City of Elliot Lake is undertaking a study of its transit network. The goal of the project is to improve access to the City’s transit services and its quality by updating the routes and transit infrastructure. The review and improved design will strive to address the needs of the system’s ridership, including through improved scheduling and potential new service locations.
The project began in October 2023 and is expected to be completed Summer 2024. The study will be conducted in four stages.
Consultation with the community will occur within the project to obtain feedback the existing transit system and opportunities for the future.
Watch this space for more information as the study progresses and opportunities to provide feedback. To submit questions, comments or to have your name added to our stakeholder list, please send an e-mail to transitstudy@city.elliotlake.on.ca.
