The City of Elliot Lake is led by a 7-member Council made up of the elected mayor and six councillors elected at large.
The City of Elliot Lake's 2022-26 City Council includes:

Council Workshops
From time to time, Council may also hold Council Workshops. These are informal, public meetings designed to help Council learn about specific topics, explore ideas in more detail, and receive presentations or background information from staff or guest experts. Workshops are for discussion and education only and no decisions are made at these sessions.

- Owner of the Elliot Lake Animal Hospital and has been practicing veterinary medicine in Elliot Lake for 11 years.

- Very involved in the outdoors and athletics within the community

- Former trustee with St. Joseph's General Hospital.
- Wants continued prosperity for future generations of Elliot Lake residents, including his children.
