There are many ways you can address members of City Council.
Email correspondence
If you would like to get in touch with members of Council, you can find email them by finding their contact information through our Mayor and Council's biographies.

Appointment
You can schedule a meeting with the Mayor or members of Council by visiting the Office of the Mayor at City Hall or by calling 705-848-2287 ext. 2132.
Council meetings
You can attend one of many City of Elliot Lake Council meetings and address members of Council at an appropriate time, such as during the public question period. You may have a time limit for your speaking contribution. View our Council Procedure By-law for more information on attending Council meetings as a member of the public.
Delegations
If you have a presentation you would like to make to Council concerning a public matter by yourself or with a group, you can schedule a delegation appointment during a City Council meeting. Contact the Clerks Department to see if you require a delegation meeting with City Council. You may have a time limit for your delegation's presentation.
