Accessible Customer Service |
View our Accessible Customer Service Policy, which strives to establish an environment where we provide goods and services to all residents, regardless of ability through respect, dignity and independence. We also have an Accessible Formats and Communications Support Policy intended to establish appropriate and consistent action, in a timely manner, when requested to provide accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities.
