Elliot Lake City Council and City Staff are saddened to learn of the recent passing of Mr. Rosario Capillo.   All City flags are flying at half-mast in recognition of the former Councillor’s lasting contributions to this community.   Rosario served as a Councillor in Elliot Lake for many years from the 70’s until as recently as 2003.   We offer our condolences to all of Rosario Capillo’s family and friends.
