Please be advised that the footpath that connects Hirshhorn Ave and Hillside Dr S (as shown in the image) will be closed temporarily due to an unsafe situation with an overhanging tree. The path has been barricaded for public safety. The tree will be removed and the path is expected to re-open mid-next week.
Residents are asked to avoid the area and to be cautious around the crews working to remove the tree.

As a result of a mechanical equipment failure, the pool and associated facilities were closed to the public on Wednesday July 2.
The facility will remain closed until further notice as staff and contractors take the time to evaluate the situation and ensure that the Ruben Yli-Juuti Municipal Pool remains safe to be enjoyed.

Please slow down and obey all posted signs and watch for crews working on the road when in the area. If possible please use alternate routes while construction is taking place.
