Watermain Flushing Occurring on Lawrence Ave and Lisbon Rd April 9

The City of Elliot Lake will be conducting watermain flushing on Thursday April 9th 2026 between the hours of 8am to 1pm. The flushing will take place on Lawrence Avenue and Lisbon Road, which may cause discolouration to the water on these streets as well as streets in the surrounding area and other areas of the city.

 

If you experience any discolouration, please run your cold water tap before using any appliances such as a washing machine or dishwasher until such time as the water runs clear. Do not attempt to use any hot water until your cold water is clear as it may cause damage to your hot water tank if the water is not clear.
