Lockdown Status at the City of Elliot Lake

The provincial lockdown has been extended in Northern Ontario until at least January 23, 2021. What this means for the City of Elliot Lake:
- No indoor organized public events or social gatherings are permitted except with members of the same household.
- All recreational programs at the municipal pool, arena and the Collins Hall walking program are cancelled until further notice.
- All other City facilities remain closed to the public.
- Library services remain open for curbside only.
- Age Friendly Delivers grocery program is being maintained, call 705-849-0970 to access service.
- Transit services will be maintained (but only for work or essential trips please).
- Stay home if you are sick. Get tested at the COVID-19 Assessment Centre by calling 705-461-8882 to book an appointment.
During the lockdown, you should only leave your home for essential reasons. Only one member of your household should do the shopping for essentials once a week.
