Water Main Flushing Notice - Possible discoloured water for all of Elliot Lake on Wednesday, June 25

Please Be Advised, The City of Elliot Lake will be conducting a scheduled Water Main Flushing in the downtown core on Manitoba Rd. on Wednesday, June 25th from 11am to 2pm. This maintenance work is done to improve water quality for Elliot Lake Residents.

During this flushing program, all addresses in the City may experience temporary discolouration of their water, as well as interruptions in service.

 

If you encounter discolouration, simply run your cold water until it clears.

 

Do not attempt to use any hot water during the flushing period as damage may be caused to your hot water tank. If you experience discoloured water or a loss of water service for a prolonged period of time please contact public works at 705-915-0357
