Municipal Hazardous and Special Waste Collection Day will take place on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 11am to 7pm at 3 Timber Rd.

Every year, the City of Elliot Lake offers a Municipal Hazardous and Special Waste Collection Day. This day allows residents to drop off all hazardous materials that should not be disposed of during our weekly curbside garbage collection program or Landfill Amnesty Week
 
Please note, this is the only time this year that the City will accept Hazardous waste for disposal.
